Ronse hosts Para-cycling Road World Championships
In 2025 Ronse once again hosted the World Championships! The 2025 UCI Para-Cycling Road World Championships took place from August 28th until August 31st. It’s already the third time that Ronse was welcoming the very best cyclists from all over the world, this time in the para-cycling discipline.
Ride the Worlds
Together with one of the world’s best para-cyclists, the Belgian Ewoud Vromant, we created an accessible yet challenging route based on the 2025 World Championship’s course. If you can’t get enough or you’re feeling nostalgic, you can also take on the longer route to relive the 1963 and 1988 Worlds (though this is not accessible for everyone).

Soak up Flanders' cycling culture
Flanders is the heartland of cycling. A must-visit region with cycling history and stories around every corner, across every cobbled climb and in all the local cafés. We treasure these stories and have two fantastic places where you can soak it all in: KOERS Museum in Roeselare and the Centrum Ronde van Vlaanderen in Oudenaarde. Both are fully accessible for people with reduced mobility.
