Limburg is a popular cycling region in Flanders, not in the least because of its fantastic cycling infrastructure. 2000 kilometers of paved and mostly car-free cycling paths.

The region is proud to welcome the UEC Road European Championships in September 2024. Go cheer on your favorite riders in 13 different races, with the elite women and men competing on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th of September. And don't forget to take your own bike. Limburg has plenty to offer for road and gravel cyclists. 

Limburg: relaxed and scenic cycling

Limburg is a friendly and relaxed Flemish province, which shows in their cycling infrastructure. They invested in unique cycling experiences such as cycling through water or cycling through the trees. It is also known as the fruit region, which makes it stunning to cycle in Spring when all orchards are in full bloom.
