In Flanders Fields - from Middelkerke to Wevelgem

In Flanders Fields - from Middelkerke to Wevelgem is an international WorldTour cycling classic that attracts the best riders every year. The wind and the hills (with the notorious Kemmelberg) make the race hard. The race follows a unique route through the area that was the setting of the First World War 100 years ago. This is why the subtitle ‘In Flanders Fields’ was added to the classic’s name.
Before "In Flanders Fields - from Middelkerke to Wevelgem" was called "Gent-Wevelgem" and played out one week ahead of the Ronde van Vlaanderen. On Wednesday you also have Dwars Door Vlaanderen. Perfect week to plan your cycling holiday!
Cycling fans with a disability or extra needs can secure a good spot at the start or finish zones by sending an email to celine.steyaert@inter.vlaanderen.
