Exhibition and movie spectacle without borders

The Museum of Cycle Racing, KOERS, can truly be described as the international treasure trove of cycling. With the new exhibition “Worldwide cycling”, this is truer than ever.

For this exhibition, the museum has brought together objects and stories from more than 160 countries. KOERS also interviewed pioneers from non-traditional cycling countries. This often resulted in compelling stories of sacrifices made for a very uncertain dream.

The introduction movie on the exhibition is undoubtedly the highlight. In a dazzling widescreen (12 metres!) short film, you will embark on an expedition to cycling-mad regions, budding cycling cultures and places that profit from cycling. Expect leading roles from Lotte Kopecky, Egan Bernal, Biniam Girmay, Lance Armstrong and Mark Cavendish, as well as notable cameos from Mr Bean, Pikachu and Donald Trump.
