The UCI 1.HC-rated Danilith - Nokere Koerse is a one-day race with a history stretching back to 1944, when it was initiated as the Grand Prix Jules Lowie in honour of 1938 Paris–Nice winner Jules Lowie who was born in Nokere.

The riders tackle a 193km parcours beginning in Deinze and culminating with seven circuits of Nokere, each one taking in the 6% Nokereberg climb.
